We want your experience with Sport2nd.in to be
as perfect as possible. We understand that occasionally you may have to return
sports goods to us for a variety of reasons.
1. Before going ahead with any return please contact our
customer service personnel. They will guide you regarding the process and
logistics, rules and applicability.
2. Sport2nd.in reserves the right to reject any return
request if the product package is opened, or if the product is not in its
original packaging or if the product looks used.
3. We strongly recommend you to use an insured and recorded
delivery service for returns of product and retain your proof of sending, as we
will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
4. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund
shipping costs unless the product received is the incorrect product. If you
received free shipping on your order and you are returning part or the whole
order, we will issue you a refund subtracting our cost of shipping the order to
you. (This is usually based on the size of your order.)
5. For all refunds, we will refund the amount to the same
mode of payment as used during checkout.
6. Following products shall not be eligible for return or
Damages caused due to misuse of product;
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
Any damage/defect which are not covered under the

7. Replacement can be done for the entire product(s) or
part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with Sport2nd.in.
8. Defective items will be replaced. Sport2nd.in will not
process Refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
9. You must notify us within a reasonable time (generally
within 48 hours of receiving the product) after you become aware that you have
got a defective product. Please contact us through email or via the help
centre. After you have contacted us, we will indicate to you what the best way
to return any products. We may not accept products returned without a Return
10. Returned products should be in their original packaging
along with the original price tags, invoices and labels.
11. Replacement of good/product or refund costs will only be
done after we have received the original good/product and verified your claim.
12. We aim to process replacements and refunds within 14 days
of receipt by us of the original product/good.
13. We do not refund, repair or replace if in our reasonable
opinion the product/good becomes unmerchandisable due to misuse, fair wear and
tear, using it in an abnormal way, failure to take reasonable care or failure
to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
14. Products/Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us
within 24 hours of receipt so that we may make a claim under transit insurance.
If the customer
chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled
to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned
above will be applicable.
